For in Lab Testing
​

On the night of the test please have a         good dinner before coming to the lab.  

​

*  Please DO NOT put any product on               your skin or hair in order for our                     equipment to work correctly.

​

*  You'll be connected to a lot of                         electrodes, but nothing hurts.

​

* Please bring comfortable pajamas to           sleep in, we do not provide any.

​

Please bring anything that might make       you feel and sleep better (e.g.                         electronics, pillows, blankets, etc...)

For at Home Sleep Testing




 

* Equipment can be pick at our location or drop off to          you based on special certain circumstances.

 

​We will go over how to use the equipment, and you            can contact us at any time during the study for                      technical support.

​

* Below is the instructional video for how to use the               home sleep equipment.
